Our services include, but are not limited to, Vedic astrology (Jyotish) consultations, yagya ceremonies, and other spiritual or educational offerings. These services are provided based on traditional Vedic knowledge and practices and are not intended as substitutes for professional, financial, legal, medical, psychological, or other advice.
All services are performed with utmost sincerity and devotion by trained practitioners. However, outcomes may vary, and no specific results are guaranteed. It is your responsibility exclusively for how you interpret or act on, or choose not to not, upon anything.
Ordering & Online Security
Orders can be placed through our secure website. All financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. For questions, please contact us.
Upon confirming a transaction, you will receive an acknowledgment containing a payment reference and an order number (which should be retained for records). This acknowledgment is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs once services are provided unless you are informed otherwise or cancel before services begin. Order acceptance is at the discretion of Vedic Legacy.
Ensure billing and service details, such as birth time, are accurate. We cannot provide cancellations or refunds for errors made by the customer.
Pricing
Prices displayed for products and services generally include applicable sales tax. Prices are correct at the time of publication, subject to change. In the event of pricing errors or modifications, you will be notified and given the option to reconsider your order.
Provision of Streaming Services
As a courtesy, we provide streaming links, often via Facebook Groups, where services such as yagyas may be viewed. While we strive to offer a seamless experience, we make no warranties regarding streaming quality. External factors, such as weather conditions or technical issues, may impact availability. If issues arise, refreshing the page may resolve them. Regardless of streaming status, yagyas will be performed on schedule, and recordings will be available for later viewing.
The pandits in India adhere strictly to scheduled start times. In case of internet or power disruptions, the yagya will continue as planned, and a recording will be made available when possible.
Time Zones
Many of our services are performed in different time zones. Use a time-zone converter to adjust schedules accordingly.
Reading Out of Names
Some services may involve reading participant names. While we endeavor to pronounce names correctly, errors may occur due to various factors, including technical glitches. If this is a concern, please contact us. However, mispronunciation or inability to hear your name does not warrant a service cancellation or refund.
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards (excluding Diners Club) and PayPal. All card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer via Stripe or PayPal.
All services remain the property of Vedic Legacy until paid in full.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Unopened physical items may be returned at the customer’s expense unless an error occurred on our part, in which case we will cover shipping. Refunds are not available for services already performed.
If you cancel an order before the service begins, you will receive a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us, and we will aim to resolve the issue.
For third-party services recommended or linked through us, we assume no liability.
